I paid and the Interview Studio did not open
Reload the page first. If it still will not open, email us with your Stripe receipt and we will unlock it or refund you the same day. You will not be charged twice, and your brief is untouched either way.
The analysis failed
Nothing was charged and nothing you typed was lost. Try again. If it keeps failing, the resume or posting may be in a format we struggle to read, so try pasting it as plain text.
I lost the link to my brief
There are no accounts, so the link is the only way back in. If you have lost it we cannot look it up by name, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. Starting a new brief is free.
I want my data deleted
Open your brief and use the delete button at the bottom. It removes the record and its activity log straight away. Everything deletes itself after 30 days regardless. See privacy and deletion.
Something in my brief looks wrong
Tell us which line. We verify every quote against your resume in code, so a quote that does not match is a bug we want to know about.
