PrepPilot reads your resume against one specific job posting, shows you where you stand, and then lets you practice. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.

You paste two things
Your resume and the job posting, plus the date of the interview if you have one. No account and no card.

We compare them line by line
We pull out what the job actually asks for, then look through your resume for something that backs each one up. When we find it, we show you the exact line. When we can't find it, we say so instead of guessing.

You get a free readiness brief
Where you match, where you only partly match, where you have nothing yet, how to talk about the gaps honestly, and a prep plan sized to the time you have left.

We check the work before you see it
A separate review step reads everything we generated and looks for anything unsupported. It can block delivery and send the work back. If we can't produce something we'd stand behind, we tell you rather than showing it to you.

You practice, and we push back
In the Interview Studio you get questions worth preparing, then a mock interview that asks one follow up when an answer stays general.

You get your answers back, improved
Each answer is scored as coaching, rewritten using only what's in your resume or what you said in the practice, and reduced to a one page sheet you can read ten minutes beforehand.
What we don’t do
- We don't know what this employer will ask. Everything we call a question is a preparation priority, worked out from the posting and your resume.
- We don't know how any employer's screening software works, so we make no claims about it.
- We never suggest you overstate your experience. Where there's a real gap, we help you talk about it honestly.
- We can't promise you an offer, an interview, or a callback.

PrepPilot is run by five specialised pieces of AI, each with one job and one decision to make. Splitting the work up is what lets one of them check another’s output instead of a single model marking its own homework. You never need to know any of this to use the product.
Analyst
Reads the posting, separates the must-haves from the nice-to-haves, then searches your resume for evidence of each one and quotes the line it found.
What it decides. Whether each requirement is strongly evidenced, partly evidenced, or not evidenced. Every quote it returns is checked against your resume in code, and a quote we can't find is thrown away.
Strategist
Builds twelve questions worth preparing for this pairing, with an approach for each drawn from your own experience.
What it decides. Which questions are the best use of your preparation time, and which of your gaps are worth rehearsing.
Quality Critic
Reviews everything before it reaches you, against an eight-point rubric.
What it decides. Whether the work is fit to deliver. It can block delivery outright and send the work back to be redone.
Interviewer
Runs your mock interview, one question at a time.
What it decides. After each answer, whether to ask one follow up for a specific example or move on. It never asks more than one follow up per question.
Evaluator
Reads each answer and rewrites it.
What it decides. How the answer scores as coaching, and what the stronger version says. It can only use facts from your resume or from what you said, and where a useful detail is missing it asks you for it rather than inventing one.
A person, not an agent, reviews anything the Quality Critic blocks, approves every refund, and writes every word of our outreach. We do not automate contacting people, and we never generate reviews, testimonials, or usage numbers.
